Effective August 1st 2006, the ownership of James Equipment will transfer to Boom Logistics Ltd. Boom Logistics is a public company, listed on the Australian Stock exchange and provides “Lifting Solutions” to the Australian Market.

The achievement that we have enjoyed with the Tadano brand and our quality second hand cranes has also been quite staggering.”

“The success of James Equipment & the popularity of the Tadano brand across Australia, obviously caught the eye of the management at Boom Logistics Ltd. The rest is now history.”

While the ownership of James Equipment may have changed, little else will, “Its business as usual” according to Brendan James

“James Equipment will continue to operate as it has in the past with the same attention and commitment to our customers, with people in the same locations offering the latest Tadano products. The James Equipment management team remains unchanged lead by General Manager Peter Shelton while National Sales Manager David “Chalky” White will continue to service crane customers Australia wide.”

Brendan James will also continue to be involved in the company as the General Manager of the James Group.
