Streaker Boats & Easytow Trailers in Exclusive Hook Up
Prominent Melbourne boat manufacturer Streaker Boats has announced that effective immediately, all Streaker Boats will be packaged exclusively with Easytow Boat Trailers.
After exhaustive research and product development, Streaker and Easytow have formed a solid alliance to deliver a better towing product for Streaker customers.
Regarded as the Mercedes Benz of boat trailers, the Easytow brand is specifically and individually matched to each model in the Streaker range.
“We very much like the fact that Easytow builds custom trailers designed specifically to match our hulls,” said Leon Savage of Streaker Boats.
The benefits for customers are huge. Virtually all the way across the Streaker range, every boat sits about 100mm lower than on alternative trailers. This makes the boats easier to tow, easier to launch and very much easier to retrieve. And when storing your boat away, reduced overall height can be crucial.
Moreover, the frame width, the height issue and set out of rollers have been specifically designed to suit Streaker.
“We shipped every Streaker model to the Easytow factory in regional Victoria to get the range of Easytow trailers organised,” Leon Savage said. “To their credit, the Easytow people refuse to cut corners to produce their custom line up of trailers. We are very impressed and our Streaker customers will certainly appreciate the quality of the trailer now supplied with their Streaker boat.”
Easytow Boat Trailers was established in 1965 and today manufacturers 1600 boat trailers a year. The company prides itself on quality of design, components and manufacture.
From the tow hitch all the way through to the LED lights at the rear, Easytow goes the extra distance to ensure that quality is rated ahead of price.
Components including high quality jockey wheels, NSK bearings with two part seals & Dura Hubs, 5mm stainless steel brake cables, LED lights and sealed wiring looms are utilised to ensure trouble free trailering.
Rollers are Australian made, as are the axles and hubs. Quality Dunlop or Goodyear tyres are used to give customers Australia wide support through Beaurepaire tyre centres.
